White and Williams LLP has the oldest and one of the largest subrogation practices in the nation, with over 30 lawyers and nine law clerks/paralegals. Lawyers in the subrogation department practice throughout the United States and provide 24/7 access for assignments. The department offers an aggressive early intervention program, utilizing a vast network of screened experts and consultants and covering a wide variety of subrogation-related disciplines

It has been our long standing policy to provide clients with intensive services not only on large commercial property losses but also on moderate-sized personal property losses, as well as cargo, inland marine, marine, fidelity and workmen’s compensation subrogation matters. We are proud of the fact that we have achieved recoveries on major losses which were closed or rejected by other subrogation firms. Our objective is to establish and maintain credibility and loyalty that translates into long-term relationships with clients.

With our blog, we hope to help keep subrogation professionals informed about current case law. In addition, we will offer insights and suggestions, where appropriate, with respect to how the case law and the trends discussed in the blog impact the pursuit of subrogation claims.

Thank you for taking the time to review and follow our blog.
